Energy retrofits: A smart investment that pays off

An energy retrofit service is one of the highest-return capital improvements you can make. It pays for itself through sustained operational savings while also future-proofing your asset.

While typical energy efficiency improvements may cost an estimated $3–$15 per square foot, the returns go far beyond lower utility bills. A modern, efficient building attracts long-term tenants, enhances tenant comfort, and can even boost employee productivity by up to $7,500 per person annually.

Best of all, you don't have to fund it alone. As experts in navigating the complex landscape of incentives, we’ll help you secure rebates and financing options that can significantly reduce upfront costs and improve ROI.

The duration of an energy retrofit varies depending on the size and complexity of the job. During the initial assessment and planning phase, we work with you to develop a detailed timeline guaranteeing transparent communication throughout implementation.
Our team has deep knowledge of utility and government programs. We start by identifying opportunities that can help reduce your project costs and maximize your return on investment. From there, we guide you through the application and verification process to help you secure every available rebate and incentive.
