GES’ utility bill analysis breaks down a building’s energy consumption and assesses the accuracy of the bills.

A full audit, a more thorough assessment of a property, includes a site visit to assess how a building functions and detailed engineering analysis to determine appropriate energy efficiency recommendations. Financial analysis including funding sources, payback periods, and government incentives, come with this detailed audit. A walk-through audit, which employs somewhat less detailed analysis, is also available.
